New to HSB? Your reference number changes when your child changes schools. If you have NFSB saved as a payee in your online banking from elementary school, do not use the old reference number. Update it using the reference number on your current HSB invoice.
Have more than one child? Each child may have a different reference number. Make sure you are using the number for the correct child and statement.
Use the current invoice. This is one of the easiest ways to make sure your payment gets to the right place.
Not sure what a charge is for? Can’t find your statement? Not sure which reference number to use?
Contact HSB before making the payment. We’re happy to help make sure your payment gets to the right place.
Your HSB school statements can be accessed through your Clic école or Parent Portal account.
Open the statement you want to pay. You’ll find the amount owing and Reference Number you need to make your payment.
HSB school invoices can be paid through your financial institution’s online banking service.
HSB school invoices can also be paid in person by cash, debit or credit, as indicated on your invoice.
Right payment + old reference number = payment sent back to elementary and delays.
Always use the current reference number shown on your HSB invoice. Take a few seconds to double-check before you click Pay. It saves you time and helps us apply your payment to the right account.
If your child has moved to HSB from an elementary school, do not use an old Internet reference number saved in your online banking.
Your HSB invoice has your current reference number.
Lots of info, but this is the important part!
Not every HSB fee is collected through the same invoice.
School Fees + Supervision = Annual school invoice
Field Trips = Collected separately
Sports = Collected separately by sport and season
Uniforms = Purchased separately
School Taxes = Separate NFSB tax bill
Always follow the payment instructions provided for the specific fee you are paying.
